are you kidding me?
Where is this little girl? Has any one seen her? Oh right, she is now this big girl!
I cannot believe I have a 9 month old. Where has the time gone? I have a long 9 month old might I add. 29 inches of incredible goodness. Seriously you should all be envious of this cuteness. I cannot believe she is ours. What could Adam and I have done to deserve her?
I won't bore you with all of the little things she is doing but instead crack you up with the new situation we are dealing with.
Anna Grace used to love her changing table. Not kidding. I could put her up there and she would lay so still and look around and smile and coo. About two weeks ago she began trying to roll over while on the table. Not a good idea. After a few days of this combined with her fussing over having to be still we devulged a plan. When she begins this behaviour who ever was changing her diaper would put one hand firmly on her legs with the other across her chest and tell her no. Sternly. Had to work, right?
Tuesday we came home from MOPS and it was time to change the diaper and go down for a nap. Anna Grace began the inappropriate behavior and I began the discipline. Next, was the moment I wish I would have had a camera.
I had one hand on the legs and one hand on her chest firmly and told her no. Just plain and simple- NO. She proceeded to LAUGH in my face. She thought Mama was being funny. I kept a straight face as hard as that was and repeated my no. Again she laughed.
Oh the laughter I had. I couldn't help myself. She was just too dang cute. Needless to say she did bless me with a great nap that day. But we still are working on the changing table behavior.

It's so hard to believe how different they look from their newborn pictures - I mean it hasn't even been a year! I can't believe she's 29 inches! That's sooo long!
This behavior is just one of many to come. Looks like she will be "hard headed" just like her daddy. I just hope she won't be climbing up and crawling around on your cabinets. You got to love it.
aww the best of the life... the family <3
